Shipping Policy
What Is The Process Timeframe?
Processing can take 3-5 business days depending on inventory. Shipping will be sent priority mail through UPS. Tracking information will be provided to the email provided at the time of ordering.
Cater 2 U Collection does not ship on major holidays or weekends. In cases of extreme weather conditions, Cater 2 U Collection reserves the right to delay the release of shipments to ensure the highest quality of products at the time of delivery.
Will I Need To Sign For My Delivery?
Every shipment will need a signature upon delivery. Each customer must be 21 years or older and must present ID and signature upon delivery. Notes with a signature, let for the delivery companies, cannot be accepted as a replacement for an individual signing for shipment

Where Can Wine Be Shipped?
At the moment Cater 2 U Collection only ships within the United States. If anything changes, information will be updated.
State law prohibits shipping wine to hotels, motels, license beverage facilities, PO Boxes, and any address that can't be verified through the United Postal Services.

What If You Missed Your Delivery?
If the UPS is unable to deliver your package, it will be returned back to Cater 2 U Collection.

Cater 2 U Collection will not guarantee the condition of any wine after the first attempt of delivery. Orders not received on the first initial attempt may be held in a facility that is not temperature controlled.

TAX
Tax varies by address and will be calculated during checkout.

TRACKING NUMBERS & SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Once your package ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
Please note: Due to state laws, tracking numbers to Maryland will not be activated until the wine reaches the state line. Once scanned in at your local UPS facility, your delivery information will be available.

WHY DOESN’T MY TRACKING NUMBER WORK? (IT ISN’T UPDATING.)
For most states, tracking numbers will show and be active when your wines ship. Please expect to see your ship confirmation and delivery in approximately.

OVER 21 REQUIREMENTS
Both the buyer and recipient must be 21 years or older with verification during purchase and upon receipt.

FEDERAL AND STATE REGULATIONS - ID'S AND DATE OF BIRTH
Currently, regulatory compliance with state and federal law requires us to keep a valid identification number or date of birth on file for you (driver's license, passport, or military identification number) as proof of your legal age.

DISCLAIMER
Orders may take up to 48 hours to prepare prior to shipping. Orders only ship Monday-Friday. If an order is placed on Friday, it will not go out till the following Monday.
